Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and i1bet ("Company", "we"). This document governs your use of the i1bet online platform, including all gambling services, games, account management and financial transactions.

By completing the registration process, making your first deposit, or using any feature on the i1bet platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood and agreed to the entirety of these Terms & Conditions.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2.
• You acknowledge that online gambling carries financial risk and you are fully responsible for your gambling decisions.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete and up to date.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and use i1bet services, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• Age requirement: You must be 21 years of age or older. i1bet does not permit gambling by individuals below this age limit under any circumstances.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• One account only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Multiple registrations are strictly prohibited.
• Not a staff member: You are not an employee, contractor or immediate family member of i1bet staff.
• Not an agent: You are not acting on behalf of any third party in gambling transactions.

During registration, you are required to provide your full name as per your identity card (MyKad or passport), a valid mobile phone number, an active email address and the financial information required for verification purposes. All this information must be accurate and up to date.

User Account

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your i1bet account, including your username and password. i1bet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence.

Account holder responsibilities include:

• Ensuring your password is strong and not shared with any party.
• Reporting to the i1bet support team immediately if there is any suspicious activity on the account.
• Ensuring the personal information in your account is always up to date and accurate.
• Not allowing anyone else to use your account under any circumstances.

Deposits & Withdrawals

i1bet supports a range of payment methods suitable for Malaysia players. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

i1bet does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party financial service providers may impose their own charges which are outside i1bet's control.

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless special circumstances have been approved by the compliance team. i1bet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to meet anti-fraud and anti-money laundering requirements.

Bonuses & Promotions

i1bet offers a welcome bonus to new members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus — Key Terms:

• 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of RM888.
• Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount received.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering requirement RM100 × 10 = RM1,000.
• Example: Deposit RM1,800 → bonus RM888 → balance RM2,688 → wagering requirement RM888 × 10 = RM8,880.

Misuse of the bonus system, including low-risk betting designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, is strictly prohibited. i1bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses and forfeit winnings if misuse is proven.

Any other promotions offered by i1bet are subject to the specific terms displayed alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms.

Game Rules

All games available on the i1bet platform — including online slots, live casino and sports betting — operate according to the rules and conditions of their respective game providers. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

The following applies to all gaming activity on i1bet:

• Final results: Results generated by the game system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is solid evidence of a system technical failure.
• Connection interruptions: i1bet is not responsible for losses caused by internet connection interruptions on the user's end. Bets placed before the interruption are considered valid.
• Technical failure: In the event of a serious technical failure on i1bet's end that affects game results, we reserve the right to void the round in question and refund the bet amount.
• Sports betting: Odds displayed are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user.

Prohibited Conduct

Users found engaging in any of the following conduct will face immediate action including account suspension or closure and cancellation of all outstanding balances and winnings:

• Registering more than one account for yourself or another party.
• Using false information, forged documents or another person's identity during registration or verification.
• Exploiting any technical errors, bugs or vulnerabilities in the game system.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game results.
• Using any automated software, bots or third-party tools to play games.
• Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Transferring funds between different player accounts.
• Misusing the bonus system in any way.

Liability Limits

i1bet will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes.
• Service interruptions due to scheduled system maintenance.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access to your account.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to factors beyond our control.
• Any damage to the user's device or software.

i1bet's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances will not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim. This platform is provided "as is" and i1bet makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability or the absence of errors.

Account Closure & Termination

Users may close their account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, all wagering requirements tied to any bonus must be completed, or the bonus in question will be cancelled.

i1bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if:

• There is a breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• There is suspected activity involving fraud or money laundering.
• The user is found to have provided false information during registration or verification.
• There is a legal compliance requirement or relevant court order.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period with no activity.

Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

i1bet reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

We will endeavour to notify active users of material amendments via email or in-platform notifications. However, the ultimate responsibility for reviewing the current terms rests with the user. Continued use of the i1bet platform after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and governed by the international licensing framework under which i1bet operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by the relevant licensing authority.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted to reflect its original intent as closely as possible, while the remainder of these Terms & Conditions continues in full force and effect.
